Factory Calibration 

Annual calibration is not required. However, if you require a calibration simply send the scanner probe to our Service Center located in Minnesota, USA for a Factory Calibration check. 

Contact our Support Department to request an RMA#.

Field Calibration 

For customers that have a Calibration Tank simply follow the instructions below to perform a calibration check at your facility.

Step 1

Purchase a VitaScan Calibration Tank
If you already own a Calibration Tank skip to Step 2.

Step 3

Install the VitaScan LT Online Calibration Software
Install the software onto the PC you plan on using to calibrate the Scanner Probe.

Step 4

Register your facility and request a Calibration Code
Select Generate a Calibration Code and follow the instructions: 

1. Select Register New User and enter the required information, select Submit.
2. Check your email for an email named “Your Registration with Vitacon.com”. Complete the registration via a link in this email.
3. Enter the Serial Number of your probe and select Submit.
4. Check your email for an email named “Generated Calibration Code”. Input this code in the calibration software. Note, the code will expire after 24 hours.​​

Step 5

1. ​Connect the Scanner Probe to the PC and open the VitaScan Online Calibration software.
2. Enter your User Name, Probe Serial Number and Calibration Code.
3. Run the calibration test as described in the How to use VitaScan Calibration Software video below.
